Staying in the flow....
Taking a group to a 3rd world country requires a certain amount of flow. The Mopan River will be near as a reminder. Combining the histories and perspectives of each woman will allow us to flow from each one's tributary into the group river and finally the ocean of our oneness. Departing 11-4-10....

Meet A Harpy Eagle
"Panama" The Harpy Eagle celebrates his 7th birthday at the The Belize Zoo
A baby eagle was given to The Belize Zoo as an “education ambassador for his species”, and his presence at the “Best Little Zoo in the World”, has been nothing short of ultra-magnificent! Named “Panama”, to recall his birthplace, this charismatic bird-of-prey has alerted thousands to the important role his species plays in tropical forest ecology. Children call him by name, and he readily responds! Chirping and opening his massive wings, “Panama” obviously enjoys sharing time with his many visitors.

Important Trip Details
If you have not sent me your passport number, and how your name appears on the passport (I need Connie, Daralyn, Mary Ann, and Cris’), please send asap. Also, if you have purchased travel insurance, please include that info. If there is a need for medical attention, Val and I will then have your insurance information available so you won’t have to.
Several have asked how much money to take. This is up to you of course, but around $300.00 to $500.00 will be sufficient. You will be responsible for 2 lunches and the exit tax as we mentioned. Then money for books at Rosita’s, slate carvings, souvenirs, and any outings during your free time, drinks at happy hour, copal incense, and massage or spa treatments are some of the basics to spend money on.
Something to consider: one member is going to stay over for two nights and go to the cayes. If anyone else is entertaining this idea, please let me know in a few weeks as we can book the return flight according to that date and save you the money of the change if you wait until you get there to decide. There are little 12 seater planes out of Belize City to Ambergris Caye for about $100.00 or you can take a boat for less. The cayes are a long island where golf carts are the main mode of transportation ($75.00 per day or less by the hour). Lots of snorkeling, diving, water sports, and night life there….it’s the home of Jimmy Buffet!

Mayan Remedies Book
To All,
I just finished reading the book by Rosita Arvigo that you recommended and it was enthralling. I am fascinated! I also purchased the Mayan Remedies Book that I have just started and I also found another on Spiritual Bathing.
Looking forward with anticipation!
